eso-midas software package provides European Southern Observatory Munich Image Data Analysis System, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install eso-midas
eso-midas is installed in your system.
Make ensure the eso-midas package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep eso-midas *
You will get with eso-midas package name, version, architecture and description in a table
